About Us

My name is Jordan Comer, and I am the founder of Generational Threads. As a citizen of the Gun Lake Tribe, I recognized the need for a way to celebrate our heritage and proudly display my tribes logo. With a vision to fulfill this unmet need, I established Generational Threads as a platform for tribal citizens to express their identity through high-quality, customized products. Operating as a one-person shop, I collaborate closely with direct-to-garment suppliers to ensure a wide selection of offerings. Generational Threads was founded to celebrate heritage and culture through every item we offer.

Mission and Vision

Our mission at Generational Threads is to enable tribal citizens to represent their tribe with culture and values. We aim to show that Native Americans are still here, actively spreading and preserving our values. Each product is designed not just to be worn, but to be a symbol of pride, resilience, and identity.

Our Way Forward

Looking ahead, Generational Threads is poised for growth and community impact. We plan to collaborate with Native American artists and designers to create our exclusive "Generational Threads" line of clothing. Additionally, we are expanding our partnerships to include other tribes. In the long term, we aspire to establish a non-profit organization focused on Native American substance abuse, education, and health and wellness, intending to donate a portion of our profits to support these vital causes.
